Terms and Conditions
Our Guarantee
You will only find items of the very best quality in our range of products. We take every possible care to describe each item accurately and show it as clearly as we can. There may be instances where the print varies from the actual product colour. All our products carry a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item from us, we’ll do everything we can to deal with the matter to your complete satisfaction. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Fair Returns Policy
StrappyBras want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you are for any reason unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt in a resaleable condition. We appreciate that items sometimes may not fit or be the required style and we ask that you return items in the condition received. All original labels must be in place (bra straps should be returned in their original packaging where applicable) and items must not have been washed or worn other than for the purposes of checking them for size, fit and style. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in us being unable to provide a refund for the returned items. A credit note for the value of the returned goods will be offered for all items returned after 21 days.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost goods or postal costs incurred when sending items back to us, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please request proof of posting for all returned goods. Original P&P charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Washing Instructions
StrappyBras highly recommends that you wash bra straps and bras/thongs with jewelled detail by hand to ensure they are not damaged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for damage to items as a result of machine washing.
UK Distance Selling Directive
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund. To cancel your order, write to us or email us within seven days of delivery of your item(s) quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. They must be in a resaleable condition when returned to us. Please note that in the event that the goods have already been despatched to you, we cannot pay the cost of return postage to our premises.
