Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days although this may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers. You will be notified by email if delivery is likely to take longer than 10 days. UK standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class at a cost of £2.30 per order which usually takes between 2 - 4 days to reach you.
Express Delivery
If your order is urgent, Express delivery is available at £6.50 per order which guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed before 12 noon and provides a more secure delivery method. Please note a signature is required on delivery for this method. Orders placed after 12 noon will be guaranteed for delivery within 2 working days.
Please note, to provide additional security for high value orders, we will automatically upgrade any UK orders over £100.00 in value to Express Delivery at no additional charge over the standard charge of £2.30.
If you have selected Express delivery for items which are not in stock, we will contact you by email to confirm if you wish to receive the items when they arrive into stock by Express delivery.
Returns
If you are for any reason unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us to the address below for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt in a resaleable condition. We appreciate that items sometimes may not fit or be the required style and we ask that you return items in the condition received. All original labels must be in place (bra straps should be returned in their original packaging where applicable) and items must not have been washed or worn other than for the purposes of checking them for size, fit and style. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in us being unable to provide a refund for the returned items. A credit note for the value of the returned goods will be offered for all items returned after 21 days.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost goods or postal costs incurred when sending items back to us, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please request proof of posting for all returned goods. Original P&P charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
